About Me

For the past 20 years, I have been dedicated to helping buyers and sellers navigate the ever-changing real estate market with expertise, integrity, and a personal touch, successfully representing Sellers and Buyers in more than 625 transactions. In the last several years I’ve been in the top 1-3% of producers in the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, with approximately 2/3 of my transactions representing Sellers. I’ve personally purchased primary residences, investment properties, vacant land and a 2nd home with the homes ranging from being built in 1945, a mid-century gem, a cabin built in 1968 to new constructions. I enjoy helping people with all types of real estate transactions from condos and townhomes to homes on acreage and luxury waterfront estates.  

Prior to becoming a realtor, I graduated from Willamette University, then entered the work force at a corporate law firm in Seattle. My next adventures were teaching English in Japan then Special Education in Seattle and traveling around the world. I have experienced more than 80 countries. Traversing the world deepened my appreciation for different cultures and reinforced my love for the Pacific Northwest, where I am fortunate to live and work today. I grew up in Edmonds and currently reside on the Bothell/Mill Creek border.

I launched my real estate career at Stanwood-Camano Properties alongside my mom, Sally Boge, a highly successful broker who served as my mentor and business partner. I quickly mastered the complexities of real estate transactions. Together, we formed a dynamic team for several years, providing exceptional service to our clients. Sally and I also worked at RE/MAX in Arlington then transitioned to Windermere Real Estate M2/LLC in Everett in 2010. Sally retired in 2011, knowing our clients remained in excellent hands.

Beyond real estate, I love traveling, playing tennis, snowboarding, scuba diving, exercising, reading, spending time with friends and family and my two French Bulldogs. I also enjoy happy hours, wine-tasting, and, believe it or not, attending webinars and classes on various topics related to real estate.

I thrive in every aspect of real estate from marketing and negotiation to pricing strategies, contracts, legal considerations, market and trend analysis, staging, matching people with homes and properties, communication and problem solving. I have earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, Certified Negotiation Expert and Accredited Staging Professional designations. Real estate is truly the perfect match for my skillset, energy, and personality. I can’t imagine doing anything else!

I'm grateful to have an exceptional team dedicated to providing our clients with top-tier representation and service. Autumn joined me in 2015, bringing several years of real estate experience. As a licensed broker, she plays a vital role in marketing and transaction coordination, ensuring smooth operations while I’m out in the field or handling time sensitive matters. Autumn is highly organized, tech-savvy, an excellent problem solver and an invaluable asset to our team.

Autumn and her husband, Josh, a general contractor, own a construction company together. They have bought and sold 7 homes and lived through a few remodels. Autumn has a deep understanding of construction, home maintenance and improvement. She has been my trusted sounding board for years, and our clients will benefit from her ideas, expertise, forward thinking mindset, and sharp attention to detail.

Besides living in Bellingham to earn her Communication Degree from Western Washington University, Autumn has been a lifelong South Snohomish County resident. Her family resides in Edmonds, where she and Josh both grew up. They have two kids, Chandler and Preston, and two goofy labs, Edison and Dutton.

Tonee Rockwell is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is also a highly experienced Appraiser with 30 years in the field. She appraises single family, condominium, multi-family (2-4 units) and vacant land properties. Her appraisal expertise provides a unique advantage to locating and listing properties, ensuring a precise analysis of market value across all home styles, qualities and conditions.

Tonee joined me 10 years ago and is an invaluable resource to our team, bringing extensive experience in home valuations. I regularly consult with Tonee about pricing, and she assists with showings, inspections and open houses. Tonee grew up in Kenmore, currently resides in Lynnwood and is a lifelong resident of King and Snohomish Counties. She has personally bought and sold multiple properties, giving her a deep understanding of homes from all eras. Her passion for the Pacific Northwest, combined with her wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise makes her an incredible asset to our clients.
